Instruction is seminar format, no college credit is awarded.
Seminar will introduce the basic concepts of Tax accounting. This seminar will assist the entrepreneur in determining beneficial tax and organizational decisions. Instruction will include introduction to different organizational structures, recordkeeping and beneficial tax structures and policies. Discussion will include soliciting advice of professional tax preparers and Certified Public Accountants.
